This registration process involves two steps
- Register as a guest user in Delta Insights M365 organisation
- Register as a user in Delta Insights Customer Service Portal
Register as a Guest User
Note: If you already have a Guest User in Delta Insights M365 organisation (and using Teams or Azure DevOps as guest), you can skip this step.
1. Open the email with the subject “«Name of Delta Insights Employee» invited you to access applications within their organization”
2. Click on the link to accept the invitation.
3. Click on Accept after reviewing the permissions.
4. Enable MFA (Multi-factor Authentication) for the guest account and enter the password on next page.
5. Set up the Microsoft Authenticator.
6. Scan the QR code with the Microsoft Authenticator and click Next.
7. On your mobile device, when prompted, select Approve to link your account to your Microsoft Authenticator app.
8. Select Done to complete the MFA registration.
9. You will be redirected to “myapplications.microsoft.com”. You can close this browser window.
Register for a User in Delta Insights Portal
1. Open the email with subject “User Account Has Been Created in Delta Insights Portal” sent from contactus@deltainsights.org.
Note: If you are unable to find this email in your inbox or Spam/Junk Email folder, please contact us to re-send the link with invitation code manually.
2. Click on the link to accept the invitation.
3. Make sure the invitation code is populated in the next page and click on the Register button.
4. Click on the Azure AD button on next page.
5. Click on Accept after reviewing the permissions.
6. Once you are redirected to the Profile page, the portal user account is successfully created.
